Cancellation policy

Some items in our store may be offered as subscriptions, pre-orders, or try-before-you-buy purchases. This policy explains how these purchase options work, and how you can change or cancel them.
1. Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription (such as the Collectors Club), you’ll receive repeat deliveries based on the duration and frequency selected at checkout.
Your payment details will be stored securely, and you’ll be charged automatically for each renewal unless you choose to pay in advance.
Some subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period.
If you wish to cancel or modify your subscription, you can do so at any time by following the link in your order confirmation email or by logging into your account.
To avoid being charged for the next renewal period, you must cancel before the next billing date.
Renewed subscription fees are non-refundable once charged.

2. Pre-orders
When you purchase a pre-order, you are reserving a product that is out of stock or not yet released.
Depending on the item, we may:

collect full payment at checkout,

or collect a partial deposit and charge the remaining balance once the product is ready to ship.
You may cancel a pre-order at any time before it has been fulfilled and receive a refund for any payment made.
Once your pre-order has been shipped, the purchase is considered complete and can only be refunded in accordance with our Refund Policy.
Estimated shipping dates for pre-orders are stated on the product page but are subject to change.
We will notify you by email if there are significant delays or changes to your pre-order.
3. Try Before You Buy
For try-before-you-buy products (if offered), your payment method will be authorized but not charged when you place the order.
You will have a specified trial period — stated on the product page — to decide whether you wish to keep the item.
If you decide to return the item within this trial period, no payment will be captured.
If you keep the item beyond the trial period, your payment method will be automatically charged for the full purchase amount.
Returned items must meet the conditions outlined in our Refund Policy.
